How to Book Your Room, Your Suite or the Entire House

On the left side of all the web pages there is a menu item "Reserve a Room" as depicted in figure 1. You will start by choosing the dates you wish to "Check-in" and "Check-out" as highlighted in lime.

Once you have chosen your dates, you will then fill in how many rooms, adults and children will be staying with you as shown in the highlighted areas in figure 2 below. Follow this link for more information on room, suite and entire house occupancy. 

Once you have chosen how many rooms, adults and children will be visiting the Lizzie Borden Bed & Breakfast, you will then click on the "Search" button as illustrated in figure 3 below.

Once you click on the "Search" button, the system will find all available rooms, suites or if the entire house is available. This information will show up in the main web page. It will appear in a similar fashion as figure 4 below. You will click on the appropriate radio button for the desired room as highlighted in figure 4 below. If you do not see a similar screen please see "No Rooms Available".

Once you have chosen your desired room, suite or entire house, you will click on the "Continue" link as highlighted and arrowed in figure 5 below.

Figure 6 below is a screen shot of the subsequent page you should see next.

Once you have made sure the room and date information is correct, you will then fill out your information as depicted in the highlighted area in figure 7 below.

Once all your pertinent information is filled out you will procede with the following part of the form as numbered, arrowed and highlighted in figure 8 below. Your name should already be filled in depending on your browser and you get a second chance to make sure your room information is correct in item one below.

Once you click the "Continue" link, you should be redirected to Paypal for final payment and receive a web page similar to figure 9 below. Make sure the amount in the highlighted area is correct.

If you received a web page similar to figure 10 below after step 3, then the requested amount of people or rooms was not available for the desired date and the screen you will be viewing is an availability chart showing you which rooms on which dates are available. All available rooms are marked in yellow. Green does not show on the availability chart because there is always only one room available of each. Please find an alternate available date from the chart and click here to start the process from step 1.
